My addin creates a toolwindow. Everything works fine until I shutdown when I'm debugging. If I neglect to click the "Close" button in the upper right corner of the window, I end up with a "zombie" toolwindow in the IDE instance I'm debugging from. While I can move the window, the close button now doesn't work and the window insists on being on top of the IDE I'm debugging from. Restarting the debug session makes the window go away.
I've tried setting my toolwindow invisible in the OnDisconnection callback. I've also called the window's Close method, and set my reference to it to null. I still get the zombie.
I'm working with Visual Studio 2005, and my addin is written in C#.
